The sensor is virtually painless to apply and our coaches will walk you through the process, making it easy and stress-free.

This plan is designed to help improve your metabolism and address any imbalances, and will include specific diet and exercise recommendations that are tailored to your individual needs. By easing into your plan and making manageable changes to your daily activities and diet, you can progress towards your health goals with ease and achieve lasting results. Your coach will continue to support and guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you stay on track and motivated.
During this phase, we'll continue to track your progress using the CGM and other tools to assess your hormonal balance and the effectiveness of the plan. We'll continue to run experiments and adjust your plan as needed to help you reach your health goals. Additionally, your coach will be there to support you every step of the way. You'll have access to your coach through the Aspect app, including chat and video consultations, to help you overcome any challenges and stay motivated. Our team is committed to helping you optimize your hormonal balance and reduce your symptoms in both severity and frequency.
By this phase, you will have developed a deep understanding of how your body responds to various foods and activities, and will have made substantial progress towards your health goals. You will have noticed measurable improvements in your hormone balance, sleep quality, skin and hair condition, and mood. Some customers have even reported a decrease in menstrual pain and an improvement in reproductive functions.
Your coach will continue to support you during this phase and may suggest further adjustments to your plan to help you reach your metabolic goals, including changes to your diet, exercise routine, or other aspects of your lifestyle.
